We are incredibly grateful for the Montessori approach and the positive impact it has had on our two daughters. Jakarta Montessori School (JMS) has been a second home for both of our children, Ania and Yoda. What we treasure most is how truly Montessori it is — in our view, the only authentically Montessori school in Jakarta. Its approach champions independence from the earliest age and shapes each child according to who they truly are, honouring that every child is special and every child is intelligent in their own way.

Our family believes good character is important in life, which is why we chose a school that fosters our children’s character. This became real when our son Eshan joined us at our Clinic. He had made Lego airplane and brought it. One client stepped on it, broke it and walked away without saying sorry. A child might cry, scream, get angry or stay silent. Eshan did none of it. He ran after the lady and anxiously asked, “Are you Ok? How is your feet? Is it hurt?” Our staff explained what happened. She said, “Oh, I am OK,” and Eshan smiled with relief. This was precious for us. Eshan’s empathy is building. We are grateful to trust Jakarta Montessori School. The JMS tagline “help me to help myself” truly comes true in real life. Thank you for helping us build the good character of our children.
