Admissions Process
We encourage prospective families to begin their journey with Jakarta Montessori School by scheduling a guided tour during school hours. This allows parents to observe our classrooms in action, experience the Montessori environment firsthand, and gain a deeper understanding of our approach to education.
As part of the admissions process, prospective students are invited to participate in a classroom observation or trial visit appropriate to their age level. Following the visit, parents meet with our Academic Advisor or School Director to discuss their child’s needs, educational goals, and expectations. This conversation helps ensure that the family’s values and expectations are aligned with the Montessori philosophy and the mission of Jakarta Montessori School.
Once the admissions process is complete and we determine that Jakarta Montessori School is the right fit for both the student and the family, an offer of admission will be sent to the parents.

Fee Policy
Details of the current fee structure are available upon request from the Admissions Office. To secure a place, the Registration Fee and Development Fee must be paid within 14 days of the date of the Offer of Admission. If payment is not received within this period, Jakarta Montessori School reserves the right to offer the place to another applicant.
